How to Rent Your Vacant Unit Fast

by Julie Broad

The question we get asked the most – over every other question – is how do I find great tenants for my property?

As a rental property owner, tenant turnover is the biggest expense you’ll face on a regular basis. And, unless you hire a property manager to deal with your property you will find yourself having to fill vacant units. To ensure successful rental of your property with minimal time and effort involved, I’ve created a quick little video to help you fill your vacant unit fast …. and then get back to doing the things in life that you really enjoy!

Good video – thank you .Timely too … we’re moving into a house with an unfinished basement and I think we’re going to put in a suite. I’m sure once I am done that I will anxious for someone to start helping me pay my bills!

    • Thanks Kevin!! Good luck with the renovation project!! We’ve had some fun with renos in the past and the best advice I can give you is to double the amount of time you think it will take and add 25% to the cost. 🙂

  2. Julie, you need to add a “tweet me” button or somethin’ to your blog! Good stuff 🙂

  4. Julie,

It is true. WordPress.org gives ultimate flexibility, as well as the good old re-tweet button.

By the way, awesome video! I am continually impressed with the high quality of your marketing.

    Onwards and Upwards,
    Neil

    • Thanks Neil! That is very kind of you!! We work pretty hard to put together awesome content for Rev N You readers so we really like to hear it’s appreciated.

As for switching… we’ve been afraid of what will happen to all our old links… will they redirect? We already have http://www.lifeasrealestateinvestors.com ready to go & could set it up to host no problem as we understand these things now but we didn’t want to lose all the links to our posts. So we’ve been dragging our feet …
