Jan. 2008: We got married in Whistler, B.C. with Bram, our dog, as ring bearer

Feb. 2008: We honeymooned in Belize & Guatemala (we were about to explore some caves with Mayan ruins here)

April 2008: Time to seriously train for the upcoming Adventure Races. For Julie this meant learning to mountain bike!

June 2008: ALS Adventure Race...tons of fun for beginner racers like us and for a good cause!

July 2008: We tried to buy a small commercial property in Nanaimo but lost out to a higher bidder. But, we placed 3rd in the shorter course MOMAR race in July.

August 2008: 5 Peaks Race at the top of Whistler Mountain, and we did a little condo shopping in Whistler too. No purchases...yet.

September 2008: MOMAR Cumberland where Julie ran half a marathon pushing her mountain bike around. Nasty nasty race. Can't wait until MOMAR '09!!

October 2008: Big month...real estate renos and repairs to the place shown here as well as our Toronto Tri-plex. Julie's last trip to Toronto as an employee of RealNet...Nov. 1 marks her first day solely focusing on Rev N You and our real estate investing.

Nov. 2008: Start building our Real Estate Investing Course for beginners - it's tough work so we also took a vacation in South Beach, Florida. Too bad we got convinced to go into a timeshare presentation while we were there. (click pic to read)

Dec. 2008: Dave, Bram & Julie posing for the picture they used in their holiday greeting. December was just too darn busy to describe.
Hope that gives you a good idea of who we are. We didn’t manage to buy any real estate in 2008, but after the summer we didn’t really try. We’re already working pretty hard on buying a few properties in 2009, and we will be recording what we do step by step in a video series that will be available to our Rev N You with Real Estate Newsletter subscribers… so if you want to check that out and keep in touch with us please sign up for our real estate investing newsletter!
We wish you plenty of success, happiness and fun in 2009!

Hello Dave and Julie,
My name is Vicente and I work with Robert Scheinfeld, author of “Busting Loose From The Money Game.” I just wanted to drop you a line to keep in touch. I hope things are going well for you! Our daily business activities continue to grow and, as usual, I learn more and more every day about myself, and the people I serve. It is exciting to be a part of helping individuals and organizations grow and evolve!
I’ve been monitoring the discussion and commentary on the website (www.revnyou.wordpress.com) and felt moved to invite you to consider getting a copy of a new book that just came out. It’s called “Busting Loose From The Business Game,” by Robert Scheinfeld.
It takes the topic of discussion here into a very different place, especially as it relates to money, business and career. Details are here:
I look forward to keeping in touch. If you have some thoughts or questions, please do not hesitate to contact our associate, Nancy Hoadley at (support@bustingloose.com).
Thanks in advance and I wish you and expansive and joyful day!

Hi Dave & Julie,
It seems to me that guys are well set up with your R.E. investing, that’s wonderful.
I’m concentrating in short sale properties myself down here in Florida.
There’s a funding source that you guys might want to take a look at it could be good for you guys or may be for your investor friend(s).
Here’s the link: http://tinyurl.com/mprlp3
Also if you guys run into a property worth $500.000 or more and in short sale give me a buzz : gtrujillo09@gmail.com
